2BElemental

2BElemental’s purpose is to enable understanding and appreciation of the intangible energies and dimensions that affect and create the manifest reality, within an organization, people desire to co-create and experience.

Tina Gattermann is the creator of a business-directed framework, rooted in the ancient Five Elements wisdom, adapted to the launching of new collaborative initiatives, or transformation and improvement of established organizations. The genesis of this was her experience as a successful entrepreneur and business leader in the textile and fashion industries; and her immersion in the Himalayan tradition of Yoga , healing, and spiritual teachings of Swami Nityamuktananda Saraswati.

Doug Breitbart crossed paths with Tina in 2020, and found in Tina Five Elements work a critical missing piece to his work focused on organizational transformation, and the fundamental ingredients comprising human collaborative generativity and co-creation. The result was their co-founding of 2BElemental, a consultancy, and co-development of the 2BElemental Framework, which is  rooted in these four foundational principles:

• That any new collaboration be rooted, grown and made manifest through a living, dynamic, and integrative process, informed and enriched by incorporation of the ancient five elements’ wisdom, and concept of balance;

• The process of co-creation by the principals of a collaboration, its offerings, its decision-making, its expressions, and its actions be a dynamic, living, experiential process, rooted in emergence in the present moment, and specifically recognizing and honoring all individual contributions and generative potential, on an individual whole being, and collective basis.

• The center of gravity and guiding star for collaboration is the organization's purpose, which is co-created by and subscribed to by all, and dedicated to contributing value to its people, its clients or customers, and the world they seek to serve.

• To honor and integrate the human being collaboratively engaged in “doing,” with care and attention to welcoming feelings, sensing, reacting, and energizing, as contributions to be welcomed, cherished, valued and integrated into the process of co-creation.

2BElemental represents a whole cloth refashioning of what being in business means: from “work” to “co-creation,” “organization” to “organism,” “leadership” to “individual empowerment aligned with collective purpose,” and “management” to “individual and collective responsibility;” with all contextualized through both human experiential and elemental lenses.
