About Space Holder Training/Certification
Being in Systems (BIS) provides training and certification services for clients interested in developing their own in-house BIS Space Holder practitioners. This is required for BIS Emergent Conversation integration into meetings and programs; or, for the support of Emergent Conversation cohort formation.
Each BIS Emergent Conversation or Client created BIS enhanced Program requires two Certified Space Holders, who serve as both Space Holders and catalysts for enhancement of participant comfort, connection, engagement and sharing.
BIS Space Holder Trainings are designed to develop advanced skills in presencing, listening, and the art of Emergent Conversation Container building.
