With a rich background in law (J.D.), strategy, and social architecture, Doug’s work explores the power of conversation as a generative force for change. He has spent decades designing emergent frameworks that help organizations and communities navigate complexity, reconnect with purpose, and rediscover the wisdom of collective intelligence. His passion lies in the intersections of consciousness, collaboration, and ethical leadership.
Doug is a pioneer of deep dialogue processes that shift focus from problem-solving to meaning-making. He has worked with global leaders, institutions, and grassroots networks to catalyze systemic change through relational trust and curiosity. His presence anchors spaces where silenced voices become vital signals and where transformation becomes not only possible, but inevitable.

Fabian is a systemic innovation strategist and a value creation catalyst, with a career spanning senior professor roles at Universidad del CEMA and ITBA (Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires), co-founder of The Values Foundation; author; and Director of LXD Lab. His expertise sits at the nexus of AI, value networks, and business ecosystem mapping, analysis and innovation, where he leads digital transformations with a deep human lens. Fabian blends analytical precision with emergent creative thinking, building scalable systems that serve not only business objectives, but also societal well-being.
Driven by a curiosity about how technology shapes human behavior, Fabian has lead initiatives in the educational, corporate and civil society sectors. His approach is holistic: aligning data with design, impact with intention. Whether mentoring teams or crafting ecosystem-level interventions, he operates with a commitment to clarity, integrity, and new value generation.
As a 2BElemental Certified Practitioner, Fabian brings a systems-level awareness to tech and values enabled change. He views digital tools not as ends in themselves, but as instruments for enabling coherence, inclusion, and planetary governance.

Joanna is a multidimensional strategist, mentor, and founder of You’ll Enjoy, a boutique communication agency operating across three continents. With over 25 years of experience and postgraduate studies in marketing, HR, and business psychology, she bridges creativity with effectiveness and business growth with human connection. Joanna’s career spans Fortune 500 projects, university lecturing, public advisory roles, and grassroots initiatives: all informed by her values of heartfulness, diversity, and co-creation.
As a speaker and educator, she brings rich insight into branding, cultural transformation, and relational intelligence. Her agency was named No. 1 Marketing Agency in Poland by Ad World Masters for two years in a row and covered over 20 markets. Behind the recognition, however, is her deeper mission: helping people and organizations find meaning through mindful impact.
Joanna has an MA in Law; currently pursuing an MBA in Creative Enterprises and certified as a 2BElemental Practitioner and Teacher, Joanna designs regenerative processes where communication becomes a tool for shared growth. Her work is rooted in listening: deeply, courageously, and with the intent to evolve together.
